S/N/TWG Elections

During the 2021 online conference, ECREA members will elect management teams of Sections, Temporary Working Groups and Networks (S/TWG/N). The elections will take place during online business meetings.

All ECREA members, irrespective of the type of their membership, can participate in S/TWG/N elections if they are members of respective S/TWG/N (members can manage their S/TWG/N membership in your profile on ECREA intranet).

Business meetings will be public, so members can participate in elections even if they are not registered for the conference.

Voting in Zoom

During the business meeting, poll will be launched with names of the candidates / teams.
Attendees will be asked to vote for the candidates / teams.
The Zoom poll will be activated by the session operator upon request from the session chair/organizer and will pop-up on all meeting attendees screens automatically.
The session chair will inform the attendees on how to vote (for a Team or Individual Candidate).
Each attendee will select response(s) and click Submit.
The poll will be closed by the session operator when all attendees submit their response or after 60 seconds – thus the delegates have 1 minute to submit their vote.
Polls results will be shared by the session operator after the end of the poll upon request from the session chair/organizer.

Poll results of the elections in Zoom will be unofficial. Official results will be presented at the general assembly, upon the verification of all polls done at the ECREA office.

The meetings reports and polls results exports will be done by C-IN.
